« How much does shipping cost?

FREE shipping in the US now until October 1st, 2026! Starting then, shipping with be a flat rate of $5.99 but we will continue to do free shipping for all orders over $125. We hope to bring back free shipping eventually <3

« Can I return an item from the sale tab?

No. All items from the sale tab are FINAL sale.

« How fast is shipping?

We work daily to get your orders out as soon as possible. Currently we are operating at a 2-day timeframe. This means that Shop TwentyNine is taking roughly 2-days (if not sooner) to pack your order and give it to USPS/UPS/Fedex. This timeframe is not concrete, as it depends on how many orders are in the queue. I will update this section as needed, so please refer back here to see how fast we are getting orders sent out!

All orders with be provided a tracking number in your email! (Please note: Once the package is handed off to the respected shipping carrier, we can no longer control nor are responsible for the delays those companies may entail).

« Do you restock sold-out items?

Rarely. Unless it is a very requested item (10+ people on the waitlist), we do not restock many pieces. This is to help us keep bringing in new and fresh pieces for you girls! With that being said, if there are any pieces that are in-stock in your size that you love, then I would recommend getting it before they sell out!

« Do you have a physical store?

No. We are an online only boutique but love to pop up at local events around the tristate. Check out our Instagram to see where we are headed next!

« Do you offer full refunds or store credit on returned items?

Currently, we only offer store credit on all returned items. Please refer to our Returns tab above for more details.

« Do you offer local pickup for online orders?

Yes! As you place your order, there will be an option for Local Pickup at the shipping part of the checkout screen. Once selected and your order is placed, please contact us for the pickup address!
