PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-order items are not in stock and are ordered specifically for each customer.

Estimated shipping time is 6 weeks from the pre-order closing date. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays.

All pre-order items are FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once an order is placed. (NOT guaranteed but mocknecks may be eligible for a size exchange after preorders get delivered. This solely depends on how many extra mocknecks we get delivered to us. Size exchanges MUST be exchanged for a different size of the same color/style you purchased during the preorder)

If a pre-order item becomes delayed, customers will be contacted. Shop TwentyNine will email updates as we have them! We promise to keep you in loop every step of the way.
