Although we hope you love every item you purchase from Shop TwentyNine, we do have a 10-day return policy by the time you receive the item to reach out and start the return process for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with TwentyNine tag STILL IN TACK. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the TwentyNine tag is no longer on the item, it is not eligible to be returned. We do not offer refunds in the form of your original payment at this time. Please do not start a return if you do not wish to be given a store credit.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, however you will be responsible for the return shipping costs… as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All of our items are given thorough inspections prior to being sent out. If you do find damage please contact us immediately.
All sale items on the sale tab are FINAL SALE and are not eligible to be returned. Jewelry is FINAL SALE and is not eligible to be returned at this time.
Since we are still a very small business and are currently only accepting returns in the form of store credit, please ensure you send back the item you are returning as soon as possible. This way, we can complete the return process and get you your store credit as soon as we receive the return!
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a store credit for the amount of the returned item (excluding initial shipping costs). We do not offer refunds in the form of your original payment at this time. Please do not start a return if you do not wish to be given a store credit.
