*PREORDER* Ash Gray CINCY Mockneck | Bengals Inspired Print

This item is set up as a preorder. By purchasing the CINCY Bengals-inspired mockneck, you are authorizing that you understand this is a 6-week preorder as these customs pieces are made to order. We highly recommend sticking with your true size, which will give you the perfect oversized look. Our only recommendation is to size down one, if you are looking to have a more fitted style. We have designed these to be oversized plus added an additional inch of length to the 2X/3X size to accommodate for our tall girls! These Bengals-inspired mocknecks are the same sizing as our CINCY Yellow mocknecks. For reference I am 5’4 and wearing a S/M in the KENTUCKY Yellow mockneck and a L/XL in the CINCY Yellow mockneck. Please refer to our size chart attached above as well.

We recently announced that our shipping policy is changing. Starting October 19th we will no longer be offering free shipping, however, if you decide to preorder this mockneck we will honor the free shipping when the mocknecks get delivered in 6 weeks.

Preorders cannot be cancelled or changed until after the item gets delivered to the customer. After that, you may exchange for a different size or exchange the item for store credit. Preorder closes Monday (10/12) at noon (12pm EST), to ensure we can get our order sent into production ASAP.

Any other boutique items placed with the preorder will ship separately as those items are in stock. All discount codes (29BABE or others) are NOT eligible to be used on our mocknecks.

Our CINCY Bengals-inspired oversized mockneck was made with comfort in mind. It has a relaxed, oversized fit without the need to size up. We recommend sticking with your true size, which will give you the perfect oversized look! Our only recommendation is to size down one, if you are looking to have a more fitted style.

All three sizes have an extra inch of length and width, while the 2X/3X has an additional inch of length, to accommodate for our tall girls.

Brown haired model is right under 5'4, wears a 4-6 in jeans, and is a pretty true medium. Please see above what size the model is wearing in this specific piece as sizes may vary.

RETURN POLICY -

We do not offer refunds in the form of your original payment at this time. As Shop TwentyNine grows, we hope to offer this in the future. However, as of now all returns will be processed in the form of store credit. All sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be returned.

« How much does shipping cost?

FREE shipping in the US now until October 19th, 2026! Starting then, shipping with be a flat rate of $5.99 but we will continue to do free shipping for all orders over $125. We hope to bring back free shipping eventually <3

« Can I return an item from the sale tab?

No. All items from the sale tab are FINAL sale. 

« How fast is shipping?

We work daily to get your orders out as soon as possible. Currently we are operating at a 2-day timeframe. This means that Shop TwentyNine is taking roughly 2-days (if not sooner) to pack your order and give it to USPS/UPS/Fedex. This timeframe is not concrete, as it depends on how many orders are in the queue. I will update this section as needed, so please refer back here to see how fast we are getting orders sent out! 

All orders with be provided a tracking number in your email! (Please note: Once the package is handed off to the respected shipping carrier, we can no longer control nor are responsible for the delays those companies may entail). 

« Do you restock sold-out items? 

Rarely. Unless it is a very requested item (10+ people on the waitlist), we do not restock many pieces. This is to help us keep bringing in new and fresh pieces for you girls! With that being said, if there are any pieces that are in-stock in your size that you love, then I would recommend getting it before they sell out! 

« Do you have a physical store?

No. We are an online only boutique but love to pop up at local events around the tristate. Check out our Instagram to see where we are headed next! 

« Do you offer full refunds or store credit on returned items?

Currently, we only offer store credit on all returned items. Please refer to our Returns tab above for more details. 

« Do you offer local pickup for online orders? 

Yes! As you place your order, there will be an option for Local Pickup at the shipping part of the checkout screen. Once selected and your order is placed, please contact us for the pickup address!
